Happy first birthday Em! We had a great day. We spent her birthday on the lake playing with family. We then came home and had pizza and spring rolls for dinner. (Not a great dinner but oh well. It was fast) Anyway, the kids gave Em her presents and then off to bed. Day two was a long day starting with church and ending with our family dinner and Emery's official shin dig. Nate and Mandy let us crash family dinner with our party and made a yummy dinner. It was so fun. We ended the evening with a viewing of the boys dvd and a special performance by Cole. It was a lot of fun. We are so grateful for our little angel girl. Emery is such a joyful, loving spirit. We are so glad she is part of our family. This year was fantastic!

You will never know how much we wish we had been there to celebrate all our family birthdays this past two months and the upcoming ones as well. It is so hard to be so far away but we are thrilled to know both Liam and Emery had great birthdays. Now we hope Morgan and Jessie will have great days as well. We love you all!!!!
