dress up

We thought you all might get a kick out of these fun photos of the kids and I playing dress up. We had a great pirates day, complete with maps and buried treasure the other day ago. It was so fun, I even got a little seasick on the "bunk boat" Morgan just got back a few weeks ago from China and in doing so brought back some fun pj's and clothes for the kids. Sissy had to dress up like a china doll complete with chop sticks to go to the store and Liam can't wear his ha cha cha pajamas without a few kicks and karate chops. Aren't kids the best. I wouldn't ever get to dress up if I didn't have these guys to remind me that it's ok.

Aiden is here!

He was born on Thursday the 18th of May and he is cute. He weighed in at 7 lbs. 5 oz. and he is 19 inches long. He is beautiful and brilliant and talented and most of all he is sweet and mild. I am so delighted to have been able to see and touch him before the children take him away to the wilds of Tennessee. Sarah looks absolutely beautiful and is no bigger than a minute. Price has popped a few buttons but that is to be expected. I am thrilled beyond words and cannot begin to tell you all how blessed Dennis and I feel.
I am posting some pics for all of you to see.
love,
m

Time in Twin

Sarah and I are currently residing in Twin Falls because Sarah needed to get out of town. Apparently the baby is never going to come and Sarah will be pregnant for the next century . . . well at least that is how it feels. Sarah is actually due tomorrow and we are really hoping that she goes into labor within the next day or so. I was supposed to be on my way to Nashville by now, but as you can assume, I can't leave until Aiden decides to make his big apperance. So, I here waiting wiht baited breath for a baby that I am having real doubts will ever show. Oh well, if life were perfect I would be six feet tall and built like a Grecian God. Anyways, school is done for the summer and I feel pretty good about my classes and the work that I did--one semester down; one more to go!

Still waiting!!!!!!

Just though i would post a little note to let you all know that there still is no new baby!!!! Personally I am a little tired of waiting and would like Aiden to just come already. But, as i hav been told several time already it is not up to me. Anyways, Finals are amlost over--I have one last final on Thrusday night in my folklore class and i am done!!!! School has been goods this first semester. Apart form some really bad teachers, I have enjoyed being back in school and look forward to this summer when i get to start working on my thesis. It has been fun researching the history behind the creation of Superman and trying to discover his stories connections to Judaic oral traditions. It sounds really boring, but rally it is funa dn I get to read a lot of comic books which is always fun. Sarah is a trooper, the baby has dropped finally and she started to dialate this week (apparently, i've been told, gross things begin to happen when you start to dialate), so we are anxiously expecting the moment where Sarah says it's time to go. I'm glad to see that everyone is posting here and that we are all able to keep in touch this way. It is nice to log ont the the bolgg and see a message form Aunt Pattie or Mom. Kind of liek getting mail or a package wiht out having to wiat for the post man. WEll, Sarah and I ove you all and hope the best. You are all in our prayers and hope the best for all.

Love ya,
Price

Pics to share

Just some other pics!!

Art in the Park

Liam drew this today so I thought I'd share. It is a picture of us at the park. Mommy is waiting at the bottom of the slide to catch Isa. There is my belly button. It tells us where the baby is. Liam is climbing the ladder to the left and there are two more kids to play with at the park. We had a lot of fun! We hope life is treating you well. Aren't kids great!!

A Great Family Weekend!!

Hi everyone! I thought I would take this chance (it is a bit slow right now at the office!) Lucas suprpised me with a early visit Wednesday night before he is off to Iraq another time. He will be there for at least 8 weeks - so we squeezed a ton of fun into 4 days. Little did Luke know he was in for a surprise of his own when Dani appeared on Thursday night and was at the house when he got home from the Dodger game. He was thrilled to see her and it seemed like they had wonderful times - enough to hold them all for the weeks that he will be gone. One of the highlights was Jaydens 5th birthday - Alice in Wonderland was the theme and it included Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, The Mad Hatter in the large and small size, the queen of Hearts, Alice and the White Rabbit. We had a blast and are now concerned for when Jay turns 16!! But it was fun for all and I was proud of my sewing (which I never do any more) I made her an exact copy of the Alice dress and she looked beautiful (I know I am totally prejudiced) So - we had a great time and for me it was like going back in time 20 years - Mark was once again 10, Luke 8, Matt 7 and Ash 4 - they bickered and had fun and were way to loud at dinner BUT we loved every minute of it. It was the first time we have all been in the same place in 5 years!! Please everyone say a prayer for Luke while he is over at the war - and put his name in your local temple prayer list - between that and Liams prayers he is sure he will be safe!! Love to you all I added some more pics for you to see. Love Aunt Patti
