happy easter!

Like every good parent, we got a little photo happy~ Oh well what ya gonna do.

Sister Mickelsen gave Liam a Star Wars decorating kit that was really actually very cool! He loved it. On Sunday our friends snuck over and gave us a special surprise. This little easter bunny was on the stove when we got home from church. Isn't he cute! Kristen and Abby really made our Sunday special!

Saturday we met with the Smith Springs play group to share with their easter fun. The kids had a great time and Emery enjoyed her nap and still got candy. She was quite pleased! Until we took the candy away at home. Her angry face is pictured above! Mom I think you should know that Isa wears this skirt constantly and loves to watch TV in it. It is just like a pillow!

Happy Easter from Us~ We had a great easter. Lots of egg hunts and lots about the real reason for the season. The easter bunny brought candy this year and the kids are stoked! Here are some fun photos from Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy and we'll see you in 34 days! YIPEE!!!!!!

Happy Easter!!!

Well it is Spring Break for me this week and I am feeling the itch to get back to working. I am enjoying the break, but it certainly reinforces the fact that I cannot just sit around and do nothing. I keep thinking that I just want to get a simple menial job this summer and focus on writing as much as I can, but the more free time I get the more I want to be doing something productive. Funny how that works.

Anyway, Easter was fun for us; Sarah, Aiden, and I all went to Twin to spend the holiday with Mom and Dad. It was quite fun. This was Aiden's first real Easter, and though I don't think he understood all of what was going on, he really enjoyed hunting down the eggs. Mom will have to post the pictures that she took of the hunt, and I will try to upload a video of the highlights. He is such a funny little kid. Instead of dying eggs as is tradition we opted to fill a bunch of plastic eggs with candy and let him walk around finding them and placing them in a little plastic bucket.

He seemed to think this was a great thing and was not satisfied after he found them all. He was convinced that there were more hidden somewhere else and refused to go inside until he verified that there were no more hidden eggs. I thought about re-hiding the eggs so that he could find them all over again. I wish that we could make it home more often, but somehow things get in the way. I guess that is the way that things work once you grow-up and move out. It is funny, we live just over an hour away from Twin and yet it feels at times like it is the other side of the world. Meah, now I'm just getting Maudlin.

Well, we hope that your Easter was fun and we look forward to getting the family back together in May for Timmy's big day. It will be fun to be a whole family again. Love you all

Cheers,
Price

frozed snowmen and blessing!

These are two random photos that I just love. First is the snowman in the freezer and the second is Liam loving on Emery while she was upset. He holds her just like I do. He's going to be such a great loving daddy. He learns from the best. Can I just say, I feel so blessed. I am married to the most wonderful man. He is doing all he can to get his book done, and yet he still finds time to love on the kids and play with them and clean the house before I get home. I keep telling him that for once in his life, he has permission to skip out on the cleaning and he laughs and says he just can't do that to me. What a blessing he is in my life. I love him so much!

winter in TN and an early spring walk

We had another snow day. It was beautiful. It snowed great big flakes all day. It was too warm to stick, but beautiful none the less. The kids loved the snow and used all that they could gather to make snowmen. Funny, the one on the right now has a home in my freezer. Liam wanted to make winter and snow last just a little longer. hee hee

We had such a beautiful day the other day ago, that we decided it was time to go for a walk. Look how much Liam has grown. It was a great day and I really needed a Saturday with my family. It felt good to just go and be together.

Emery loves to get adjustments. She is forever clearing others and tapping her own back. Here she is checking for bugs.

Emery's new smile is all cheese!

Morgan took the girls on a bike ride. They LOVED it!
