Happy Birthday Liam

I can't believe 6 years have already gone by! Liam is growing so fast and I love it. Somedays I want him to stay little, but at the same time, I love how the friendship and love for your child grows with the passing years. It's fun to have a 6 year old!!!! Here are some photos from our celebrations. Thank you everyone for making Liam feel so special. We appreciate the difference you have made in his life! All Liam wanted for his birthday was a day at the beach with the uncles and a pinata. Oooo how fun.

We went to a zoo member morning the other day ago and ran into Marley and Mandy. It was so fun. We rode the carousel and walked the zoo. It was hot enought that the Tiger was taking a bath. We had a great time. I'm glad we ran into Mandy and Marley!




I also wanted to share some fun photos from the lake. Isa couldn't find her swimsuit so she is in a leotard. They still had a fun time. Liam loves the lake. Here are the photos of him going under water. The extra little girl is Kelsey. She's our next door neighbor, but just about one of ours. Anyway, fun times at the beach!





Today, I was steam cleaning the carpet and Emery decided to help. It was so funny. She rode the vaccuum while if finshed the job. She'd crawl off, get a toy and crawl back on. What a fun way to clean!

I just wanted to share Liam's great news. He read his first book all by himself this week. It's called A Mudpie for Mother. He is also reading a verse each night from the scriptures in our family reading. I am so grateful for his enthusiasm and joy at reading. Liam has also become a little fish. He is so happy in the water and asks to go to the lake everyday. He loves the water and is teaching himself how to swim. He is really doing well and can swim underwater a bit, doggy paddle and back float. What a little man! I am so grateful to be his mom.

Early morning Emery

Em has been an early early riser from the start. Yes I have two of these early risers...errgh... Anyway, I am grateful because it is helping me to get more done. (It's amazing how much I can accomplish between the hours of 5:30 and 7:00.) All complaints aside, we do have a lot of fun. Lately, I have been playing baby with her. She hugs her baby and gives her kisses. It is sooo cute. I love the hug baby face. I also added a few photos of her walking the other day ago with who hair. What a dolly!
