Double Digits!

I can't believe it! My son is officially in the double digits. I'm not sure if that makes me old or not, but it makes me slightly sad. Where does the time go and how did I miss it all when I was right here the whole time? Today we had a great time. I thought I'd list the top ten reasons I love my son in honor of his 10th birthday.
10. I love his creativity. He's awesome when it comes creating fun lego creations, awesome pictures and stories.
9. I love his writing style. He's funny and unique! His stories make me laugh!
8. I love his relationship with Colin. He takes such good care and is always willing to help out and love him!
7. I love how Liam is growing in his testimony. He has gained a strong testimony of tithing and I know that he will continue to grow.
6. I love watching him as he builds his business. The company title, his efforts as he works and tries. He continues to get stronger and show great integrity.
5. I love that Liam is not afraid to hold my hand still, kiss me goodnight and sit on my lap.
4. I love that Liam enjoys reading.
3. I love that Liam helps me be better. He helps me with the things that I am struggling with. He encourages me and is honest when I'm totally off base.
2. I love that Liam loves his dad. I look forward to seeing him as he grows and becomes a dad.
1. I love my son and I am so thankful that he came first. I'm grateful that he made me a mom!

Summer's end

It's official we had school today. We've unofficially been watching our tadpoles grow over the past three weeks.

(They got legs today!) The kids did well and Liam only threw a partial temper tantrum over math. I think deep down inside he was really grateful for something to do...
Our neighbor came over this last week and had some fun with photos and the kids, so here are a few photos compliments of Kelsey, my neighborhood photographer...
