I know you will probably not believe me, but we have fallen OFF the healthy eating wagon...well that being said I've fallen off all wagons leading to good health. SO.... it's time to get back on track. Liam is helping me with that. We are working together on his athlete webelo pin and in order to do that for the next week we work out daily in some way. Yesterday, we ran/walked a mile and tested ourselves to see how many chin ups, push ups and crunches we could do. I'll leave it with you that my son SKUNKED me. I used to be in fairly good shape, but I can not say that currently. I am however ready to make the past a current reality. Today we took a family bike ride. I loved it! It was challenging with all the kids and I didn't get a workout per se, but it was FUN! Emery told me she was grateful that I took the time to teach her how to go up and down the hills safely and how to ride her bike better. Colin fell asleep in the trailer and Liam got his mile in. It felt good to come home and drink monster smoothies and know that we slowed down our crazy life for just a little bit to spend some time together. With so many aspects of my life out of my control and the craziness of my everyday, it's nice to know that there is something I can take the reigns on. I know there are lots of other things, but I'll build this habit first and then tackle them...Don't worry, occasionally I'll report back on our progress. Here's to goals!

My littlest man...
OK so this is a little late...my excuse is that I lost my camera...poor excuse I know, especially considering it was in my MESSY room the whole time...sheesh, you'd think I'd clean up occasionally...
So my youngest is now 3!!! I can't believe it! Time just keeps flying by. I thought being home and teaching my kids at home and being around them 24/7 would mean that I would be with them enough not to feel like I am missing stuff and still 3 snuck up on me... Can this little man really have filled my life with three years worth of little arm hugs, "mommy hold me" snuggles and mischievious grins? I told Morgan that if we made it to three and I didn't feel any baby cravings that we could officially be done... Am I really ready for the commitment? yes and then again no! But I digress onto the celebrations...
Colin's birthday started with presents....

LOTS of Ninjago!
Followed by sprinkler fun...
LOVE the joy on this little man's face!

Followed by Park fun...
That was a CHEESY Grin!!!
All Clean and cute after the park...
Ninjago cake for birthday family dinner...

Isn't he a cutie! Oh I love this crazy monkey! Happy Birthday Colin bug!

Celebrate Baby steps!
Happy Easter! I didn't take a single photo of easter this year. We had a blast but kept it super simple and low key. We had our yearly easter egg hunt with the Appleby's (love them) and celebrated my nephews' birthdays...family dinner with the Williams side, but just really enjoyed the simplicity of the season. I had a bit of an emotional weekend as it was a big weekend for Price. Things are moving forward in a good way, but this weekend was the first time my family has been able to all be in the same place for a few years... It's a day to celebrate, but I can't help feeling a little bluesy to miss out on such a great day. Good thing the world hasn't ended yet! Don't you worry, I'll be there soon and that will be a day to truly CELEBRATE!
