Our Fairy Garden

Hello Loves, Jessie you mentioned my fairy garden and I thought that I would post a couple of picture, we call it the "girls garden" and right now Jayden and I are the ones who work on it (more me then her) We moved the big house up into the tree and have a bonsai tree up by it and planted herbs and other small grasses all around. So far it is growing - which is a small gift since I do not have a green thumb at all! Jayden is a bit afraid of the doors, I tell her stories about the fairies that live behind them and now she thinks they might come out when she is around. We also have a baby possum and a white rabbit that hang out around it.

Life in So Cal

OK, loves - I wanted to post some pics of the new kitchen that all of us are deathly afraid to use or even walk in!! I have no idea how to use a convection oven, or microwave - the plumbing is kinda screwed up and so we cannot use the dishwasher or the garbage disposal. I take it all with joy, cuz it still is fun to see.

We had a huge birthday party for Christina last night so it was the first time we allowed the world in (and I might say that Uncle Mark was in a panic over the whole thing!!) So - the pictures I added are of the party - we rented concession stand equipment and have an outdoor movie equipment, Markie and I built a super huge screen and we watched Grease under the stars. The movie came out the year she was born and we had a blast!! The only thing missing was all of you!!

So all in all the world here is good, May was a crazy month between birthdays and Mothers Day we never stopped. Lucas is back in the US and he and the new girlfriend are coming to visit next weekend. She is a real cute girl, name is Kate and we are all hoping for the best and that this is the one!!

I finally got these to load and I am so happy! See me doing the happy dance! Thanks again for including us in this great weekend.

Graduation Day in Pocatello!

We were so excited to share a wonderful weekend with Price, Sarah and Aiden! We got to celebrate Aiden's birthday and watch Price receive his masters degree all in one weekend! It was great and although it was really tough to see them leave for a summer adventure in Virginia it was still a great weekend. Tim was there as well and we have realized that this will be our first full summer without any of the children stopping by for a visit or two.

I forgot the photo after all that. So, here it is!! I also added a few photos of Liam and his friends playing in the sun. They were building a dam. It was really fun for Morgan and I to let them have at it in the mud!

something wonderful about a clothesline

I just thought I would share with you something beautiful to me. For some reason, I get a thrill when I see a clothesline. I don't know if it is the bright colors against the summer greens or the breeze giving life to clothes that will all too soon be too small for little bodies or even just the idea of sunshine warming the clothes and the wind kissing them dry for us. I just love it and wanted to share with you our clothes line. Happy Mother's Day! I love you all!

OK, Morgan made me take the photo of Isabelle at the vanity off the web. It was cute, but not so modest. Anyway, I am rewriting my blog info, you know that part about Liam saying "Mom, I need a tissue, Emery's nose is melting." So funny. Life is good and we are all happy. A TOOTH!!

Emery has her first tooth! One on the bottom. It just pushed through today and I didn't even see it coming. How sweet is that! Also, my sweet bugga boo figured out how to climb the stairs. Now I am really going to have to keep an eye on her. Life is crazy and fun and wonderful! Have a super week. Congrats Price on your graduation! It is scooter weather!

Thanks for coming to see us Price and Sarah! We loved every minute. Aiden is getting so big and he has more personality than you can imagine. He signs and sings and walks and is into everything. What a dolly! Dad and I realized that this will be the only time this summer we have any children or grandchildren here. It will be a lonely summer for us but we are excited that you are all aving your own adventures! Have a great Sunday and remember to say your prayers.
