blessings!

I am counting blessings! Today, I played hide and seek with my kids. It was so fun! I had forgotten how fun it is hide and how much your tummy tickles with anticipation of being found. I realized I need to make more time to be a kid. I was watching my kids mix modeling clay and playdo and determined not to undermine their creativity with the common "don't mix the colors". Here are some photos of their work! I'm so glad I took a moment to think before I reacted. For those of you who are not familiar, the characters the kids were creating were from the movie Monsters and Aliens. We haven't seen it, but Liam bought the game with his savings and they have watched the preview quite a few times. I caught this moment and had to share with you. I love my husband. I really love my husband. Aside from my testimony and my family, he is my greatest blessing! He is the best daddy and husband a girl could ask for. This video says it all...
