Birthday Girl!!
Emery is now 5!!! She has asked us for a guitar for the past 6 months. So guess what she got for her birthday? Yep you guessed it! A guitar. And what kind of party goes with a guitar? A rockstar party!!!!
Em planned her own party. Her requirements were to have hotdogs and cheetos, (I chose smoothies instead of cake) and to ride bikes. I intially wanted to do it at the park, funny girl was not having that, so we opted for home.
It was perfect. We rode bikes, danced to Sugarland and Justin Beiber. Jumped on the couch,
Ate smoothies and played in the backyard....
I think all birthday parties should be this low key! Thanks Em for turning 5. Thanks for being my super fabulous rockstar daughter. Thanks for all your snuggles, laughs and for those big beautiful eyes! You are my joy baby and mama loves you!

Soooo cute!! You're going to have to post a video when she plays her first tune on that guitar! =)
you should hear her right now, she won't let me tune it or try to learn off you tube. she just strums and sings. it's awesome....
